Shandong Jiqing Chemical Co., Ltd., established in April 2005, is a nationally registered high-tech enterprise engaged in the research, development, and production of rubber and plastic additives as well as bio-based materials. It serves as the Vice Chairman unit of the National Biochemical and Biomass Energy Federation, the Chairman unit of the Industrial Biomedical Materials Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, a demonstration application unit under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Strong Foundation Project, and a council member unit of the Shandong High-Level Talent Development Promotion Association. The company's products have been recognized as "China's Top Ten Additives in the Plastic Industry," awarded the China Top Ten Green Environmental Protection Technology Gold Medal, included in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "First Batch of Key New Materials Application Demonstration Guidance Catalog," and selected among Shandong's Top 50 New Materials Enterprises.

面向绿色生物基增塑剂产品自主研发与生产，公司投资5.8亿元，在国内外建设了3处大型原材料生产基地、3处基础原材料加工基地以及总面积达3万余平方米的办公大楼、研发中心和生产车间。为满足不断扩大的国内外市场需求，公司又投资6.61亿元，在山东省青州经济开发区建设占地235亩的新厂区，设计产能30万吨的4条自动化生产线已投入运营。

公司建有技术研发中心，配有马尔文纳米粒度分析仪、原子吸收光谱仪、X-射线衍射分析仪、高温凝胶色谱仪、液相色谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、微米粒度分析仪、气相色谱仪等系列具有高水平的检测设备，并设有6 个级实验室。面向企业自身技术创新和产品开发、面向国内外客户提供服务。为有效掌握国内外产业技术，加强生物基材料深度研发，建有山东省重点实验室、博士后科研工作站、山东省企业技术中心、山东省生物基材料工程技术研究中心等10余个技术创新平台。先后同中科院兰化所共建工程塑料联合实验室、同北京化工大学共建绿色生物基材料研发中心以及“工业生物材料产业技术创新战略联盟”、同清华大学共建生物塑料研发中心。

The company has established an advanced technology R&D center equipped with a series of high-performance analytical instruments, including a Malvern particle size analyzer, atomic absorption spectrometer, X-ray diffraction analyzer, high-temperature gel chromatograph, high-performance liquid chromatograph, scanning electron microscope, micron particle size analyzer, and gas chromatograph. Additionally, the center houses six laboratories.

生物基增塑剂经谱尼、SGS等第三方权威机构检测，关键性指标超过国际同类产品，已成为国际公认的可完全替代传统邻苯类增塑剂的绿色环保产品，公司核心技术获授权专利33件。公司承担国家重点研发计划、国家863计划、中央引导资金等省部级以上项目10余项。产品被评为“中国塑料行业十佳助剂”，获中国十大绿色环保科技金牌。
