产品介绍

绿色生物基增塑剂在特种纺织实践生产中充分证明
1增塑效率非常高,相比于D0P比值高达13,即如果添动加D0P39份的情况下,本品只要30份就可达到增塑效果。这样,有效降低了阻燃剂的添加,从而降低了生产配方成本
2.良好的热稳定性,保证了正常的生产加工,在190度烘箱中放置100分钟,没有明显变色(发黄)。
3.很好的解决了与PVC的相容性,以及极好的耐候性。根据ASTMG-154测试标准,放入生物基样品到QUV测试箱,1200小时后,无明显变色,样片表面没有析油现象。

The green bio - based plasticizers have been fully proven in the practical production of special textiles: 

1. The plasticizing efficiency is extremely high. Compared with DOP, the ratio is as high as 13. That is, if 39 parts of DOP are added, only 30 parts of this product are needed to achieve the plasticizing effect. In this way, the addition of flame retardants is effectively reduced, thereby reducing production costs.

2. It has good thermal stability, ensuring normal production and processing. When placed in an oven at 190 degrees for 100 minutes, there is no obvious color change (yellowing).

3. It has successfully solved the compatibility problem with PVC and has excellent weather resistance. According to the ASTM G - 154 test standard, when the bio - based samples are placed in a QUV test chamber for 1,200 hours, there is no obvious color change, and no oil exudation is observed on the surface of the sample pieces

其中,透明片,日本某公司生物基增塑剂、法国某公司生物基增塑剂和邻苯类增塑剂DINP颜色一直都很深,并且有点发红,TOTM颜色也比较红,后面20min边特别明显;柠檬酸酯受热变形特别严重。
